Band formed in late 1992, original band members

Pat McIntosh: Vocals, Keyboards, Piano

Michelle Bennett: Vocals, Guitar

Mandy Carrington: Drums

Shella Liley: Vocals, Bass

 

 

1993

First Gig January - the Women's Varitey Show '93 which celebrated Woman's sufferage.

Supported Annie Crummer

1994

 
Teresa SHARMAN-RICHARDS (TD) joins the band as Manager

Three track demo tape recorded at the Stomach

"Blue Lipstick recorded at the Stomach Palmerston North for complimation CD of local talent, released on "Land of Zeal" Album 1994

Played Mountain Rock Festival February

 

"Siren House" recorded at the Stomach, released on complimation CD of Palmerston North bands to Student Radio throughout NZ.

Shar Neale joins band as producer, and foh

Steve Grant replaces Michelle Bennett on Guitar duties.

played Strawberry Fields Festival Raglan

 

1995

Gigged - Supported Hello Sailor, meet sound engineer Paul Streekstra and teamed up to record a EP.

 

Shella Liley leaves the band before recording commences and session bass players Sam Atkens and Tony Lumsden are brought into the studio for Bass duties.

 

"It's their View" 4 track CD recorded at York Street Studios Auckland December 1995.

 

1996

Steve Grant leaves the band

April 1st, "It's their view released to radio.

 

'it's their view" video by Greg Page released.  

 

1997

"it's their view" makes Kiwi Hit Disk No. 24

King of Kings released in Canada with Algorhythm label.

Mandy Carrington leaves the band

 

December, Pat McIntosh goes back into York St Studios to record a full length album as solo artist dGARE.

 

 

2015

March - It's their view re released with video

April - Tall Poppies re released with video for 100th ANZAC Commemorations.
